Physical enhancement spells?
I have run into “spells” that say it can make your breast larger, hair longer,skin prettier, and so on. Is such a thing possible or is this also one of those scams you see on the internet?

I get your point. If that truly is the case why would you need a spell in the first place.
To assume that the spell does all the work is to miss the point of magick entirely. Just as the Christians say “God helps those who help themselves” (meaning get thee of thine *ss and make an effort), it is the same with practicing magick.
Say for example you want a new job. You wouldn’t simply cast a spell and then wait for the phone to ring, would you? No! You’d be out there filling out applications, sending in resumes, asking to shake the hands of managers. You’d be reading books on being better at answering interview questions, looking into developing a better way to market yourself.
The same goes for any other kind of desire you might have. To enhance your physical appearance, you might cast a spell of healing, to help your body function optimally, followed by a vitamin regimen, daily excercise, and a balanced diet. Or a spell of love (not a “love spell focused on a specific person, simply a spell to bring love to your life), followed by a cleansing bath, meditations on openness to positive change, and all of the above.
The purpose of the spell is to focus and direct energy toward your purpose, not to be a quick and instant fix. The universe functions under laws that are unbreakable, and magick (as any other form of energy) operates within those laws. It just uses the laws to its advantage to create an atmosphere that is sympathetic to its purpose. That’s why they call it “sympathetic magic”.
