there is no such thing as a breast enhancing recipe.
but urban myths have it that pomegranates and papayas and milk do the trick.
however, the only way that has been proven works is by gaining weight, eat loads of high protein foods, your breasts would enhance first as it’s only two lumps of fat to be crude, but then the rest of your body will also start to gain weight.
i’ve tried them breast exercises too, but belive me, it’s a load of bull.
just be happy with what you got, i’d definately prefer to be flat chested than being fat, think about how big breasts would like as you get older!
