IS FENNEL SEED SAFE?? Natural Breast Enhancement!?
I’m thinking of taking fennel seed pills because I read online that they may naturally enhance breasts… First, does anyone know if this is true or has seen the results? Second, is the pill safe/ harmless to take? it seems like it would be because it is just natural herbs… and Lastly, do you know if it interacts with other medicines at all? THANKS!
It won’t kill you or anything, but it’s not going to work like you think it will. The idea is the plant estrogen will build up in your system and restart or enhance breast tissue growth. What actually happens is you gain a little bit of weight. Fennel, wild yam, yarrow, these are all high in phytoestrogens. I spent a lot of money on some of that stuff, and my breasts went up a size, but so did the rest of me. When you stop taking it, all of you returns to your natural size. You have to take a TON of it, too. I’ll just stick with twinkies and ice cream for a much more enjoyable experience. Oh, some sources claim phytoestrogens increase your chances of getting some forms of cancer. Phytoestrogens can also cause or increase the size of fibroids.
