I tried Zoft Breast Enhancement gum and it made my skin develop severe cystic acne. Can I sue?
It was absolutely the gum. I used to have almost no acne, but now it has developed into ongoing cystic acne. It is extremely painful, and nothing I do is working!
Normally I use proactiv, and that clears up my skin within a few days, but this time it has been progressively building for over five weeks, without getting any better. New cysts are forming on top of healing ones, and boils and pauples are coming up on my forehead and temples.
I have no health insurance, and I cannot afford to even see a doctor/dermatologist, let alone afford for prescription medication.
What should I do? Should I try to sue the company for not warning that it may cause severe acne? And does anyone know of anything that can help make this new problem with my skin go away?
If you tried to sue, they would say “There is no scientific evidene to support her claim”
Also, sueing someone is very expensive. You need to hire lawyers and all such. Believe me, if you can’t afford a doctor then there’s no way you can afford to sue. Especially since its very, very unlikely that you’ll win.
I would save up to see a doctor, see what they say, if they find evidence to support you, then take it to the courts.
