breast enhancement!!?
I have 2 questions:
*does anyone know an exercise to help increase the fullness of my breasts. Im very top heavy but dont have much underneath. my boobs look fairley big but its all up top. I want to kinda round them out. Any suggestions are appreciated. Also have you done this and did it work.
* any good stomach workouts? i have a muffin top and its driving me crazy!! I really want to have a flat sexy stomach! I cant do crunches because they really hurt my back! Anything thats fast and effective!

you cant make your boobs get bigger they have to on their own. but there was this thing on tv for tht but i doubt it works. for a flat stomach yuh got eat right & run alot. there is no easy way. i hoolahoop tho & tht works b/c its targeting yo abs
