everyone has like a certain spot they pack in the most fat. i dont know if you this hun but breasts are just fat fat fat. girls whose fat/cals go straight to their chest have big breasts. others go straight to their thighs.
the only natural way to get a bigger but and bust is to gain weight. but if you have a small straight body frame that probably is not a good idea.
