Raising Funds With Fire Pits
Fire pits are quite useful under a variety of circumstances. They are used for small fires. It’s possible to cook, entertain, toast marshmallows and more around an open fire. Most non-profit organizations are in existence because they gear their operation toward a good cause. That said, a lot of progress has been made in recent years. To put it simply, if you catch the disease early, you can defeat it. Life still continues. That’s why it’s so important to get mammograms, prostate exams, colonoscopies, and all other forms of tests that can detect cancer early. A good fundraiser that can help raise money for cancer awareness is a walkathon. People enjoy these activities and aren’t at all afraid of joining in. Less people will join if you host it. People will know they can travel at their own pace when your fundraiser is advertised as a walk.
The fire pit is of importance since flames are symbols of life. A good idea is to place one fire pit on each side of the registration table. The slogan for the event should be something along the lines of: Keep The Flame Burning, Get Checkups Often. This is not the catchiest phrase, but you get the idea. The critical point is the characterization of the continuation of life by the two flames. A picture is worth a thousand words, so don’t forget to include stimulating visuals to go with a catchy slogan on posters. People will remember the fundraising event at the fire pit more vividly than a slogan on a poster.
